Dunno, but I would suspect probably. Considering the Genesi court victory and Amigaworld.net pulling 'Ask Fleecy' permentantly, all indicators would say the end has come.

Just an observation, based on speculation alone. I welcome someone to displell my speculation.

It seems that the Ask Fleecy thing died off slowly rather than abruptly ending, there just wasn't the interest in it anymore plus I can imagine looking through past threads for questions was getting to be a bit of a headache.

Hopefully the CAM thing won't be cancelled, it was a pretty interesting resource for the most part.

Or maybe waiting on release of OS4, and/or other changes going on.

Who can say?  Other than Hyperion, whom I'm likening to the fat lady in this situation.

Amiga Inc has been insolvent for unbelievable long. They have lost a lot of law suits against former employees and partners, and their debts are considerable. How long is that allowed to go on in the USA before a company simply is put to bankruptcy?

I don't recall hearing anything about Genesi suing Amiga Inc for money though, so the only real loss Amiga Inc had in that case should have been the lawyer fees? They did not loose any IP or such, and as I said I am not aware of any ruling that Amiga Inc should pay for any damages that Genesi may have suffered ...?
MorphOS is Amiga done right! :)

So "until further notice" is set to only two weeks then?

I guess you could read it that way, I couldn't possibly comment ;-). Can I say that AmigaWorld.net pulling "Ask Fleecy" has nothing to do with any end being nigh for Amiga Inc.

Indeed, I imagine it was pulled on it's own merit.

Hopefully the end of the line for the Amiga Inc charade.

Maybe the end for CAM in it's current incarnation...who knows

Hopefully the start of something more relevant, viz:

Hyperion and Eyetech are where it's at considering A1 and AOS4 - a position 'Ask Fleecy' only ever re-inforced. His concepts were so far flung and irrelevant (to A1 and AOS4) they surely did more harm than good. In the light of legal action and pending judgements, silencing the buffoon is surely wise anyway.

Hopefully there's an A1 OS4 beta release and maybe, just maybe something like the CAM comes directly as a result of the partnership with a little more credibility.
