Most plugs like this has a tiny clip on the pins to keep them inside the plug. Either push the tiny clip down and ease the pin out of the socket, or use brute force to get the pin out, destroying or bending the tiny clip, and bend the clip back afterwards so it will fit again.
When the pins are out you can solder the wires back on again.

Otherwise you could back-track the wiring, cut the AT connectors off and use some new of your own choice.

I may try that. What do you mean when you say back-track the wiring and use some of my own choice?

Oh...sorry for my inventive English :-D

By backtracking I ment following the cables "through" the connector and noting the way down, so you could snap the entire connector off and fit some regular automotive shrink-connectors. As long as you don't mix the wires, this should be easy. Don't mix the wires! ->instant fry!

The AT connectors aren't broken, i just need to insert the wires back in. Is this possible? They were soldered in before, but came loose.

You were looking at my site, did you miss this picture?

In the bottom left is the Amiga PSU lead as cut out of an original A500 PSU. You can easily do this!
A pair of cutters and a terminal block connector.
