Amiga 1200 + Blizzard 1230IV with. SCSI controller for sale!
« on: March 11, 2004, 08:38:37 PM »
Not exactly on Ebay, but on QXL, a Norwegian auction site.
This is my 1200 which I have to sell because I bought an A4000T  :-D

Amiga 1200!! Going cheeeap!

That page is in Norwegian, so for those who don't read it fluently, I'll translate it here:

For sale:
Commodore Amiga 1200 KS3.0 2MB Chip-ram
Blizzard 1230IV with 16+8 MB Simms, 60ns, 68030+68882 at 50 MHz
Blizzard 1230IV Fast-SCSI2 controller
Seagate Barracuda 2GB 3.5" Fast-SCSI2 HDD
Conner 120 MB 2.5" IDE HDD
C= 1942 bi-sync monitor, with intact front cover :-)
Toshiba 4X SCSI cd-rom drive, with strange sound when ejecting...works though
Tandberg TDC 3600 QIC Tape-streamer, 40MB?
External floppy drive

All external equipment is mounted inside a regular pc-midi tower, ie. SCSI HDD, cd-rom, streamer and floppy drive. This tower also serves as powersupply to the amiga, with nice cables (I made them!) to connect the Amiga to the tower.

Original Workbench3.0 disks and manuals are also included, along with a large collection of Amiga-Format Cover-cd's, from the years 95->98?
The RGB->VGA adapter needed is not included...

Hurry op now! only three days to go and only 660 Norwegian crowns ATM! (90$) bid-bid-bid!

100 crowns/kroner equals 13.7$ or 11.3€

Will ship worldwide, paypal accepted.

Sorry, no pics on the page cause QXL won't let me upload pictures after auction-start :-( , so send me an e-mail and I'll send some back to you...

Would you consider splitting it up or are you selling it as a whole?

Funny thing is you live prolly only a few km from my brother, he lives at Bakken (near Roresand) :-).

Aaaah! Small world! What's his name? I work with a dutchman who lives here in Grimstad...but I'm not sure about his address.
But now I know where you got that link in your signature from! That beer's got to be one of the world's most expensive, about 60 crowns for 0.35l bottle. Yikes! :-o

After posting the Amiga on QXL, I realised that splitting it would have ben a lot smarter...but it was to late to stop the auction. :-(  So I'm going to do as much PR for it as possible to bring the price up, it is way to low atm i think :-D

Ah yes, but it's very tasty :-) (well not all the species, but luckily there's a lot of choice :-)).

And my bro's name is Erwin Oosterhoff, he works in Arendal though (S.K.verk).

Hehe, I would've bid on a turbo card I think, but the whole set is a bit too much for me :-).
