AmiNet upload info - where is it?

Amiga-news.de seems to have it but it's in German and when I click the little USA/UK flag for English, it takes me back to the main page.

Thanks Chris!  Was there a link (or series of them) to get to that document on the main page?  Ah.  Just noticed you directed me to the UK AmiNet - I only looked at the Washington University one before.
