Not sure I understand but if you have an A1200 MB and USB keyboard and presumably no case then maybe you should do a tower conversion?

or ebay

hi, i have an a1200. modified power supply. 9pin mouse,

i have the sum1200 usb keyboard adapter, cannot get it working right..

i purchased a new membrane for my internal keyboard. it works now ;)

i have a 16gb flash card.

just purchased an aca1233n, its on its way.

the case it was/is in is just crap. i need to do something with the case.
i could go tower.
or if i could get one of those new 1200 cases, that would be ok.

suggestions?
i was thinking of towering it so i can go pci.

I'd find it hard to recommend PCI and Tower conversions these days.  It's a lot of outlay for not much real gain and PCI only made sense if you had a high end accelerator.  Eventually the Vampire Apollo will make PCI bus boards mostly obsolete.

What crap about you desktop case?  If it's yellow you could check out the retrobrite guides.  If it's work you could already always get some fine grain wet and dry and prep it for paint.
