StormMesa, How do you make it work?
« on: March 07, 2004, 01:49:46 PM »
I just installed the last PPC release of Storm Mesa and got all the demos for it. When I double click to start a demo all I get is a blank window and then a few seconds later a PPC exception failure or something like that window open. Any idea on how to make this software work? I have warp3d installed and working, and I have WarpOS 5.1 installed as well and working.

I installed the StormMESA for 68k (040 version) from aminet. It seems to run fine on my 060/AGA machine :-)
I have nothing done special also, just installed it.

But i don't have any applications that really needs it, only this Mesa.mcc for MUI. :-D

You can see how Mesa works within MUI with this pic:

As that image is on Geocities, you cant view it normally. To get around this, do one of the following.

Try and open it, then just click the URL and hit enter again, or,
Copy the URL, open a new browser Window, and paste it in there.

Now that would tell me a lot. Thanks for the update Ryu. I guess I'll take out the stuff it added to my system.

I have Mesa 3.1 from Aminet and just tested the gears demo on my Voodoo - runs OK.
