Multi-Forth user manual

I'm not much of a gamer (no coordination at all and have strange eye issues) so I was always into software like emulators and programming languages.
I started to revive my interest some and have been finding, sorting and organizing.  
I'm trying to locate a user manual for multi-forth.  My searching turned up empty, anyone have any idea where I might locate one?

I have the original J-Forth Manual, updates and floppies.
 
 Haven't scanned it yet, but have been known to do so.

I found a lot on jforth but multi-forth not so much.

I have the Multi-forth manual and floppies...
I started using Multi-forth in 1887, used it all the '90s and i yet consider it a very effective forth implementation. i bought the two versions, as the 1.1 was substituted one year after by the 1.23, and the 360 pages of the illustrated manual was a strong point in it's favor.

I still run it in the Amiga emulators thanks to the Amiga Forever roms, to check and transfer my code and typical Multi-forth routines to other forth flavors on today machines and environments.

Some code is still quite useful...
