Hey guy, I'm reducing my stock of components in order to make room for an X5000.
That means I'm parting out one G4 (and keeping one).
The one I'm parting out has an unusual video card.
Its an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 256 MB video card that was sold direct by ATI for PCs, and G4 and G5 PowerMacs.
Most Apple 9600 cards will not work in a G4 (only the earliest versions do), but this card (which is not an Apple card) works in all three of the platforms I've mentioned.
And, as it does not have a fan, it is completely silent.
I paid over $100 for this and I'm looking for about half that.
While that is more than you would pay for a G5 9600, I can guarantee that this card will work in a G4.
So, if any of you would like to make me an offer before I post it on eBay...
