Should be reported to eBay.
The listing isn't even done properly.
It quotes a 'Buy it Now' price, but there is no option to buy it other than bidding (which the seller says will be deleted).

Total BS.

I sent him an email asking a few questions..we shall see what response I get.

You won't get one, he hasn't responded to me.
And eBay doesn't seem to care that this is not posted improperly since they aren't acting.
