« on: January 11, 2017, 07:31:57 PM »
Hello, got a PAL AMIGA 500 the one that have a rev 8 + motherboard no clock.
Have the AGNUS version that can  take 2 meg chip ram.
Looked on google but was unable to finde a guide on how to do this on the rev 8 motherboard.
How i can add a PAL/NTSC switch?.

Thanks :D.

Some good tips on modding various versions of motherboards on this thread:

Probably a lot easier to just use the Early Startup menu though, no?

You're assuming he's running Kickstart 3.1. :)

I'm assuming he's running at least 2.04, and since he said he has an A500+, all of those came with 2.04 unless they were retroactively replaced with a 1.3 ROM.

Granted I haven't used 2.04 in 20-something years, but AFAIR it has some kind of an early startup menu.  :D
