This is indeed a great, complete and verified source of information. Both issues (1 and 2) are up for sale, as those books are my third ones of them.

I would buy a few things but 18 usd shipping for a magazine is defeating the purpose

I can fully understand, but thats what the local postal service (DHL) charges me. If you would buy more than one item, I can combine shipping and it gets more (and more) economic.
