The 1200 came with this adapter new?  I got mine used so never knew.  Any idea where I can source some of these adapters?  I'd want to get one for each of my machines... just in case :)

AFAIR it only came with the 4000, but many people bought various bundles of stuff, so I suppose it's possible?

AmigaKit and other resellers stock comparable adapters (comparable to the "C= silver one")

I bought a used u2410 monitor recently for use with my Amigas. Bought a 23 pin to VGA adapter from amigastore.eu.

AFAIK it's compatible with the screenmodes, but it's not a "long persistence" monitor or a scan doubler.  So if you display an interlaced screenmode it'll still flicker.

Does not flicker for me using NTSC highres laced here. Well,  maybe some but not very noticeable in comparison to my 1084.

Very interesting. When you say "all screen modes", does that include PAL screen modes too?

If so, outstanding... best of both worlds, fast games, bigger area Workbench screens.

If not, still pretty good. Vastly reduced flicker on NTSC interlaced... without a flicker fixer. :)

Havent tried PAL,  only have a stock 500 here at my moms. Ive read it cant handle interlaced PAL though,  but non interlaced works in PAL fine.
