Jens says there are timing issues with the amiga 1000. Hit or miss with multiple resets to get it to work. Doesn't recommend but that hasn't stopped some people.

Just want to make sure I understand, the problems listed on A1k are because they are installing it in an Amiga 1000, correct?  So A500 users shouldnt have this problem?

Yes, problems are specific to the 1000.
Even at that, there are some who think it's worth it. I am still debating.
Great for the 500.
