How about Imagine mouse object to get you started? It should be pretty close to what you need, but I'm not sure if the scale is correct.

Wow!
May I ask what CAD program you are using for this task and on which system?
(As I'm a so called 'CAD Analyst' ...)

Back in 1989-1992, during my CAD training (on Sun-Workstations w. Unix; 'Medusa' and 'Cadds4x'), I used my A500 with DynaCAD to exercise at home.

I even had a 'CNC-Tool' to convert the data of DynaCAD's 3D models into executable CNC programs, that I could save to a floppy disk and run on the CNC machines at school.
That was fun!

Back then I was dreaming of setting up a small, so called 'production cell', controlled by an Amiga (as an inexpensive alternative to an expensive Unix environment)...

Since the release of the specs for the A1X1k we know about this onboard Xena/Xorro stuff.

With this, it could be a lot easier to realise such a 'production cell'.
The Xena/Xorro stuff in the NG-Amiga(s) could allow for a decent way of controlling all the involved CNC machines, robots (and possibly future 3D scanners as well).

In the face of the heritage of the Amigas graphical abilities, it would (from my point of view) be a logical move to use NG-Amigas with Xena/Xorro for e.g. 3D scanning and printing, controlling CNC machines and production robots, ...

Precondition for this to happen would of course be a modernised, native port of DynaCad to OS 4.x and a native toolchain for Xena/Xorro development.
:hammer:

If you think this is too off topic for this thread, you might possibly want to continue discussion about this topic in another thread or via PM...

EDIT:
I forgot to ask what the hell is a "tank mouse"?
I hope you didn't mean this mind-bendingly stupid idea of a 'Mouse' tank...

Really? Thought everyone who's ever used an Amiga would know this colloquial term for the original boxy-style of Amiga mouse.

Nah - here in Germany/Cologne it was not common to refer to it as "Panzer Maus" (German Translation of "tank mouse"). We used to call it "original Commodore A500 Maus" here...

But due to our dark history many here know Hitler's mad idea of the "Maus"-Panzer ("mouse" tank - see link in my previous posting) or the even more mad idea of its successor "Ratte" ("rat"-tank).

I was just amased by your colloquial term "tank mouse", as I initially thought for a moment you meant the tank "Maus"...
