Amiga 1200 Accelerator. 68030..

I know this isnt an Ebay auction, but its just one of my own. Read on if you don't mind.

Hello Amigans,
I have had my Amiga 1200 for quite some time, and
its not being used either.  I like it dearly, but
I dont want to have the accelerator in it wasted.
The accelerator card is a:

Microbotics M1230 XA V1.1
'Amiga 1200 Accelerator'
68030/50mhz w/o FPU
32MB RAM SIMM

This card works flawlessly, and would be perfect
if there is another Amiga user out there wanting
this accelerator. I am not asking for any money,
but if any of you have a PC Motherboard and some
RAM to go along with it, that would be handy.

I am mainly looking for a Motherboard that takes
an Athlon XP 2000+ cpu at full speed and have the
board use DDR ram, and if you could at least throw
in 256mb ram. The speed of the ram doesnt matter just
as long as its DDR ram.  

I think its fair enough to ask for them 2 items in swap
for the Amiga 1200 accelerator, and $10.00 to ship it.

I would greatly appreciate the trade, and for the person
who gets it, please take care of the Accelerator, for it has
many many fond memories and brought me this far with computing.

I am interested but have a question:
 
Athlon XP mobo- $45-$75
xp 2000+ proc -$55
256mb ddr ram- $40-$70
Im assuming youd want a hs also - $10
Thats a fair chunk of stuff to be asking I have a motherboard and heatsink but id have to go out and buy the other stuff.
is there something else we could work out. I just got an a1200 on ebay (after running emulation only for 5 yrs) and i could use an accellerator :-D

I didnt ask for an Athlon XP processor, I just want the Motherboard and some ram with it. I dont think its too much to ask for. You cant go to the local computer store and buy an Amiga 1200 accel card can you?  :-)

All Im asking for is a Motherboard being able to withstand the 2000+ speed and the board having DDR ram.  :-D

And of course, the board having the 4x agp port. :-P
