Gotek won't write to ADF on A4000
« on: March 21, 2016, 11:49:25 PM »
Hi,

Recently i bought some gotek drive emulators flashed with 1.05a firmware.
They read disks perfect on all my amiga's. So it seems there ok.

But now i wanted to copy some files on my A4000 to an empty ADF image created with ADFOpus. It seemed to work. But after reinserting the USB stick, there was nothing written to the ADF ;(

When i write to the disk from my a500, and then reinsert the USB stick, everything is ok. I can also correctly use the disk on my A4000.

I tested this several times, even with other USB sticks. Same result. A500 does read and write, A4000 only read.

I also checked if the disk was detected as DD (icon->format says 880kb). Ans i tried turning of my cpu cache. Same result. I also swapped the gotek's them self.

Anyone else having this same issue, or does anyone have a (possible) solution?
