Aside from the link paul posted above which as various versions of the IDE68k project, sidecar or 68 socket versions, there's also the Protein board. This is more work but also has PCB layouts and the CPLD code available and gives you a 14MHz 68000/68010, IDE and 8MB RAM in a 72pin socket. I assume you're just doing this for fun, the Protein board sounds like more fun.
