WinUAE and compact flash

I got a amiga 4000 with a compact flash card for hard drive it have workbench on it with directory opus and bunch of other software

what I am trying to do right now is to copy the entire game collection from my PC on the compact flash card with WinUAE

problem once loaded in WinUAE the folder I added witch content the game is empty in workbench and directory opus cant even see the directory so I cant copy anything.

I manage to play a game in WinUAE by dragging the ADF from my folder directly in the WinUAE windows once, but that its don't stay in there I mean I take the compact flash to the amiga the ADF I move it not there anymore.

ok I manage to get one step further I had to clic the show all files. to see the files in the PC folder.
 now I need to copy everything on the CF.

that was easy just have to drag them where I wanted to, but now how I make them work...
 
 enter command arguments:
 I clic "ok" then
 file is not executable
 failed return code 10
