Amiga Forever Question

I have read the Installing a PowerPC in Amiga Forever from there site. I am stopped dead when it tells me to "Start the Setup Utility"  and then goes on about that.         WHAT is "Setup Utility" and where in the name of god is it. I have checked and looked everywhere.

Are you trying to install OS4? If so you just need the CD (or the ISO) in the CD drive. If that doesn't work, try booting from the BootFloppy ADF (with the CD/ISO in the drive).
