Name that tune...

I think I may have asked for help finding a certain tune a while back now, but this time to help jog peoples memories I have a link to a sample of the tune.

It's a .wav file I recorded from the cruddy tape version I have, but I'd really like to get hold of it on CD. Could be in a bargin bin by now as I first taped it of a friends compilation in approx 1998.
