- Elbox Scandoubler FF Temp
« on: June 21, 2015, 06:13:20 PM »
Hello,

I have a external Elbox Scandoubler FF, you know I've used it little time. Recently i decided put on storage my C=1942 monitor, and use a 17" Compaq CRT VGA Monitor with the A1200, using the ELBOX Scandoubler, but I've noticed the scandoubler it takes very high temp!--

Anyone know if It is normal on these devices?.

Any comment are welcome.

Regards!

I have an ACT MV1200 and that puppy also runs very hot! Looks like they made another with a fan on top so must be normal.

Chris

PS: looking at the elbox one and it's the identical animal.

A look thru BBoAH shows that one was made for many vendors. The same model is listed under may names, Toastscan by Software Hut for example.
