Mike...going off-topic slightly, can you send me a PM regarding your workbench (not the OS, the table) setup? I haven't seen anything like it before and I am really liking the angles and upper shelves.  :D

Hi!  If that's one thing I love talking about, it's my workbench.  You're looking at $5400 worth of custom Kendall Howard modular office furniture.  I was project manager when my company built our new office in Feb. 2013, so finally got my dream desk (after six years of working in a space not much bigger than a closet, with a server rack right next to me, LOL).

Here's a couple pics, one from when I put the furniture together (Feb. 2013), and one from six months after that - just a "typical day" for me!

...considering I spend about 16 hours a day here, there's a lot to be said for having a nice workspace!  :D

Wow! Beautiful! I was thinking there would be some customizing in your case. If I only had one corner section, that would be awesome. The fact that they are on casters is another added bonus!!

I'm going to have to start saving up...

Ha, the casters were extra!  (it was all modular, like buying Ikea furniture...  9 different boxes of kit for one TV stand, haha...)  I took the stinkin' feet they came with and threw them in the trash.  Considering we assembled this in our warehouse then brought it upstairs through an elevator, the casters were necessary!  Also gives it enough clearance for my Roomba to run underneath everything.  Yes, *I am* that much of a geek.  LOL!

If you buy one for yourself, write it off on your taxes as a business expense!  :hammer:

Scuba is cool on hard floors.  ;)

So, from the last pic, it looks as though you finally got started on your other A2000.

That pic is from two years ago... that was my first A2000.  Second A2000 is still a pile of parts...  I've got a 68010 + a SupraTurbo 28, an A2091 that I've got new ROM's and upgraded SCSI chip, full memory, that I'm working on SpeedGeek's 14MHz mod on, another 8MB ram board, a Supra WordSync SCSI controller, an Indivision ECS, a Tandem IDE controller that I'm going to use to mount an external CF adapter in one of the expansion slots, a 3.1 ROM, a coin cell battery adapter that needs to be installed... and I don't even remember what else.  Stuff, but no time!  :(

I kind of want to play with BetterWB on it.  Someday!  Then who knows, maybe I'll part it back out to try to afford an '060 for my main 2000.
