No. MUI is now at version 4.2 so OS3/OS4 developers have some work to do.

MUI4 for OS3 is what you can call a Quick&Dirty recompile of MUI4 for OS4, you may want to stay with MUI3.8 on OS3 for now if you want stability and compatibility.
