Hi

The first thing to do with unreliable operation is to ensure that the A500's edge connector is thoroughly clean- we recommend a dedicated soft brush and IPA to clean the top and bottom of the connector.  This will rule out any connection issues between the ACA 500 and the Amiga 500.

OK I did it yesterday more luck tomorrow I hope.

I cleaned all the crucial ribbon pins edges connector and the Zorro is still as it was before yesterday so no luck.
What would be the crucial thing about Amiga tomorrow-yesterday issues?

What can I do now?

Anymore suggestions?

Clear nice to see such response from such guys as AmigaKit ones that are a very good salesman for us and nice Amiga providers too.

I hope you reinstalled Workbench after cleaning the connections on a new good brand CF card? Many issues can come due to crappy CF cards so that would be the first step to switch out.
What CF card are you using today and where did you buy it? Many bogus cards floats around on ebay etc.

How large is the CF card and how is it prepped?  What file system did you use?

I buyed the 2 CF cards for my Amiga 500 with the ACA500 and ACA1232 boards-accelerators in January this year from the guys of AmigaKit and that´s would be really a good purchase.
So they actually were buyed from Amigakit and all was functioning well until 2 days ago since I tried to install some games. Then the next day it finally at this time didn't work and "burned" the things I want to do sometime.

What can we see this time to see this board combo working?

Nice to see you there Amigans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did the CF card become invalidated during the process of when you were copying over these games?

Follow your process here. You say it worked fine until you tried to install some games? How did you try to install them? It sounds like you have a software problem here, not a hardware problem. I'd start by reversing the steps you took to install the games.

Do you see why this happens?

My machine is really locked and not working after some days.

It's really not working.

I have it broken and I don't know what's the reason why.

Do you anybody know it?

Thank you

Assuming you have Kickstart 2/3....what happens when you hold down both mouse buttons when rebooting/cold booting? Does it get you into the Amiga Early Startup Control or equivalent?
If so, do the CF HDD partitions show up? One of the partitions should have a priority of 0 (boot partition).

What happens when you boot your Workbench 2 or 3 floppy disk? Does your CF HDD show up on the Workbench screen? If so, can you access your data on both partitions (I'm assuming there are two...there should be) ?
