Has anyone tested this equipment? What is the picture quality? Is it better than gbs8220? is it worth being interested in it?

im looking for cheap scandoubler  with good quality to my CD32 svideo amiga

Here is the "opinion" for the similar device RGB-to-VGA NOT Composite-to-VGA, but it's the same brand.
