@Oldsmobile_Mike

just a quick heads up that i had to remove your attachment. amiga.org is geared towards being a family-friendly site, so, um, yeah.... ;)

well, the "Babe of the day" is not chosen by me.. but the webmaster. If everything goes to plan, it will be replaced soon, by a "new" employee of the lounge promoting hardware etc. A "hostess" of such, much prettier than me to look at. We are shooting for a PG 13 audience but sometimes the cranky old unix guru likes to push the envelope with the babe of the day.

Well, today's "kitty" is quite family friendly and the next week will be all "hello Kitty" for those that were offended -lol
Oldsmobile _Mike -if it gets me a few donations to help kickstart the new site, I would be happy.
People wonder why I am taking so long, but when you are shouldering every expense with working for yourself, it takes time. Simply put, the more donations, the better the stock and resources i can get for the site. No one has donated a cent this year.

How could someone be offended by a picture of a beautiful woman.  She was scantly clad but all the adult parts were covered PG-13 at most!

Never mind, I figured it out . . . A woman who was not so hot!  :lol:

Dude,
Please clarify, I didn't know the "lounge" was a charity. (looking for donations)
I thought it was a blog with some retro selling.

Maybe that's my mis-understanding or is this just complaining. (sad)

We are doing experiments with the site this weekend both on the back end and front. Because of the recent article of the A2000 running the school district in the US, my A2000 slash-dot article has been getting a ton of hits- JUST the 1 blog post, so I have removed it for the weekend in order to see if these people will actually look at the whole site or, just the one page and move on.
New blogs are up and stock is being changed daily

Nice, but I haven't been able to post an email to your site.
How much for a WP-2 with a power supply?
PM me.

Everyday, I put up at least 2 to 3 "new" feature products on the front page -if anyone has noticed. The moment an Item gets no hits during the day or if sold, it will quickly get replaced by new items. I try to feature at least 1 book, game and productivity software package a day. Prices are always changing also, so keep checking back if you are "Bargain" hunting.
