OS XX (10.10) Name?
« on: June 02, 2014, 02:24:57 PM »
What do folks think OS X 10.10 will be called?  There's a big banner of El Capitan, but it would be a funny name for an OS.  Yosemite seems to be a popular guess.  What's your guess?

Call it "Yosemite" and everybody will instantly think of Yosemite Sam.

I think they should call it OS X iOS.

Sure seems to be more and more like the direction they'd like it to go...

Granted I only started using it because of work, and can I just say.... I'd rather use Linux.  :D

Anyone else loving the addition of seven year old Windows Vista features to Mac OS X Yosemite? Regardless, Apple will have learned from Microsoft's missteps and do a better job of convincing developers and users of the features' utility.

Amiga.org has over 66,525 Threads & 762,517 Posts that are 99% Amiga related so I assure you this thread with only 207 views is not the most popular. Amiga.org does not live in a Amiga only bubble and never has since 1994. Occasional Tech news that is of interest to our members is posted. Persia posted this particular thread so you can smack him if you don't like it. Feel free to seek out more Amiga News items and post them. I spend several hours per month doing that myself.
