ViNCEd shell iconify icon OS3.9

Anyone know if it is possible to change the ugly 4 colour icon that the shell in OS3.9 iconifies to to a NewIcon?

Yes! Check Settings -> System -> page 4 -> Icon path, and set an icon of your choice.
