Iam interested is there any service centers in US preferable West Coast!

I have sent my Amiga 1200 to Amigakit in April still nothing

Service Centers?  No.

Folks that can repair it?  Yes, especially on the West Coast.

Errrr, do you have a repair ticket open with them? Maybe go that route first to get a status update. Besides, I'm sure that when you get 'er back from AmigaKit that she will be as good as new and you won't need a domestic repair source..... just a thought.

Amigakit is very capable and has been around since before they changed their name. They are very proficient with 1200's and even know of timing and motherboard revision issues.

Call them.

This guy is in Michigan, I've been turned to him recently as many people have vouched for  him in these forums, and now that I have my A600 back and like brand new, I also vouch for him. :)

Chuck Phillips, the MacCaps guy above is a diagnostics and repair resource for Apple (from the Apple II up to current Macs) and it seems NeXT computers. His recapping covers all vintage motherboards and will do an A4000D for $55 and an A3640 for $20 (plus shipping); his current turn around time is about a day shipping to and from Southfield Michigan.  He would do Amiga repairs if he had one to work with and I sent him the plugs to make an A4000D and A500/600/1200 PSU harness along with a bootable IDE HDD.  With some help from the Amiga community, he may be an North American resource at reasonable prices ($36/hr) and quick turn around.  I have an A4000D motherboard in the mail to him at this moment.
