CT raw support in WinUAE

As of today, you can now load CT raw files generated by the CAPS/Softpres Capture Tool on your Amiga (released today to the public as KryoFlux FREE for AmigaOS) or with KryoFlux for USB directly in WinUAE and many other emulators which support our IPF decoder library (capsimg.dll). Support for other operating systems and release of the source for the new lib are pending.
