requesting info about Amiga CF IDE Adapter Kipper 2k 2012

I have  a "Amiga CF IDE Adapter Kipper 2k 2012" installed in my A600 ,  with a 4gb cf card from amigakit  - works great.
 
 the card has  2 dip switches, how to use them?
  I keep hearing the disk drive click and the disk light stays on .
