Well, this seems to be the sort of thing we're discussing here ;)

Love to have your input!

Granted, the focus is rounding out the functionality of Amiga OS without introducing resource robbing bloat (duplication, needless eye candy, etc) and at the moment, reaching back to include OS2.1.

Subject seems to get brought up every few months, here's another link to a few more:

Oh well, it's still fun to discuss this stuff! :D

Not familiar with "Powerwindows" you mention, but like on a Windows PC where you can drag a window mostly off the screen to get it out of the way for a sec, I guess this would be similar to making a Workbench with a page size bigger than the screen size? So you could drag something off the edge a bit just to get it out of the way? Just a thought, I haven't tried that in years, LOL. The guy I saw with the X1000 recently was doing just that, seems like a good idea. ;)

If you use Grunch package manager to install stuff it can do proper uninstalls.

Wow, nice group of systems that guy has!

Might have to check out "Grunch", at least it's on Aminet, too (another of my big gripes about Amiga software... having to hunt all over obscure websites to download it, LOL). ;)

How about a - so you can close a window down to the task bar, oops it also needs a task bar, but then again one of the nice features I like about one of its music players is that if you close it it turns itself into on icon on the screen which saves space for more windows, if this can be incorporated into ever program that opens up something on your main screen it would be cool.

At first I was going to say an R.I.P. on a gravestone, but as we all know that isn't true, maybe for macs but Amiga's no.
I have no idea what your talking about, so here is a doggy with a small pancake on his head.

MorphOS is a MAC done a little better

Power Windows can iconify windows as well as move them out of the screen, and remember that all MUI programs can be iconified as standard anyway.
