Only eight pounds?
No wonder that cat's eyes look like that.
For anyone in the US that desires the same, I have had an eBay listing for months for that card for under $5.

Thanks for the unnecessary sarcasm, if you felt I was wanting too much for the card you could have privately messaged me to inform me of such and I would have probably adjusted prices.

I am not up on the latest prices for things & I thought £8 was a decent price, maybe it isn't, but that's what I thought it was worth AND people are open to making offers.

And oh yes, thanks for hijacking my thread to push through your Ebay listing......maybe you could have made your own post if it hasn't been selling.......

Thanks and regards

I appreciated your pained response.
Its a free forum (as opposed to places where you would pay to sell like eBay).
So you can expect replies when you make a statement in public.

As to the price, Europeans are likely to find it fair, so good luck.

On this side of the Atlantic however...those cards are too common to generate a premium.

And the quality of the sound output of an SB Live is significantly inferior to both earlier Creative Labs products, and higher end Creative Labs products.

I used the SB Live in G4 Macs under MorphOS as there were few alternatives.
Moving to a G5, even the built-in sound offers better quality output.
