A judge wouldn't care about that though. It runs software so it's not faulty hardware.

Point, score, match...it is not a hardware issue.

And Vox, sorry, but to quote Monty Python "You're a loony!"

Yeah, but it was marketed as the new coming of Amiga OS4, not PPC Linux :biglaugh:

OS4.1 works as advertised on the hardware he received and he knew in advance that certain PCI cards would be provided to provide the advertised functionality.

The Amiga
community seems to be full of dimwits who lack basic common sense it seems.

Nah they wont pass EU and UK courts. But I went to peace and love and will just wait for full refund and go for SAM460 sys with MOS and OS 4.1 and buy OS 4.2 once its really done. SAM460 and X1000 are left behind by Steven.

Nah, check Moo, its Steven that has explained me that x1000 IS LEFT BEHIND. I will not buy Cyrus since Trevor refused to mediated, and I have -100 grade for AmigaKit PAID support (3 support).

Once in all vox goes Acube and MOS too, once its done.

Well to all faults in building the sys, not giving passwords, delays, trouble in further support, disabling users to download software updates ... long lits there. There is nothing wrong with X1000, but blame Canada

Are we discussing Steven Solie?
Because he is not an A-eon employee.

And I will be buying an A2000, as everyone I know with an X1000 (outside of you) is satisfied.
Further, I look forward to a new system based on a processor that is still supported and being developed.
Finally, I discarded the idea of purchasing a SAM460 awhile ago (and why would you want 4.2 for that as it is a single core processor). Acube uses under powered PPCs from Applied Micro.

4.2 will bring 3D acceleration for the newer generation of Radeon cards.  Probably far more important to most users than any multi-core support.

You are an optimist.
Personally, I question whether what you get will actually be SMP or some variety of ASMP.
And since the video card driver we supposed to be a seperate package (from 4.2), good luck with that.

MUI 4 and Ambient on the list of wanted OS4 features?

Aside from the obvious (and already stated multiple times above) I and I am surprised he didn't demand a port of the reggae framework ;)

MorphOS will have hardware accelerated 3D on Radeon HD cards before OS4 does.

Bazinga! :)

Edit: Though to be fair to Vox, Steven Solie did falsely claimed OS4 will "get MUI 4, like MorphOS already has".

We just have to be "patient" apparently.

To be honest, I don't give f*ck what MorphOS has before or later, simply not a interested. I don't see why always MorphOS users want to bash other people hobby, that is most important single factor to me to not interest that OS. It is like many MorphOS hobyists have some kind of small dick syndrom?

MUI4 is released today.
