Hi  Trevor its about time you to contact me. I am willing to be good and  drop serioous lawsuit in exchange for free entering the Cyrus beta  programme.
 
 For BigBook I would do both X1000 and Cyrus on AEON  section, DJ Nick could do the sam board but Acube and AEON should supply  board pics or do it too ...
 
 Oh also dear AmigaKit has just  recently delivered all paid good and Xorro card with no software (even  AmigaOS box and manuals have been prepaid months ago) and have also  glued modules in such a wrong manner that its not possible to expand it  ... Looking forward for other Amiga Shops
 
 Steven - please TW, and ethernet drivers, for how long it will be beta?
 I needed PCI slot for real Sound Blaster 5.1. My net depends on that  beta driver, send it to I, as well as written license that you will send  me OS 4.2 once its done. In other aspects product is defunct.
 
 Also, is there a easier way to install Fedora 20 PPC?
 
 Sadly, even I have additionally paid 3 support ticket and have never  been called or skyped during all the days. I wish I have purchased just  the board instead of what has AmigaKit put in (%&$#?@!%&$#?@!%&$#?@!%&$#?@!ty DVD. overexpensive  but high latency RAM, slow DVD, Hitachi or so HDD) - without ANY asking  for choice and MONTHS of building the system.
 
 If I didn‚t wish  a future for Amiga, it would be better that I have bought mac pro then  software half done experiment that seems not to be supported by AmigaOS  team dictator that has violated my rights too by ceasing acess to update  files and AmigaKit REFUSED to help.
 
 Cyrus or lawsuit your choice.

There is something seriously wrong with you. I knew that there is no full driver support for X1000 and Sam 460, thats why I didn't bought them. I bought Sam 440ep Flex instead wich has a decent driver support. Are you seriously saying that you didn't knew that??

Vox, I can understand your frustration, but blackmailing Trevor like this is definitely not the way to go.  It's never going to get the desired result and if you did sue, the only person who would win would be the lawyers.

Make the most of the X1000 you have - it's a great machine, and the best OS4 machine there is at the moment.  It's well known that not all the drivers are out of beta yet (such as the ethernet) but this sort of agressiveness will just slow things down even further.

Whatever your grievances, a public forum is not the place to do it - especially when you're openly blackmailing one of the people held in the highest regard in the whole community.

You were warned repeatedly not to buy the X1000 by several people on several forums but you still went ahead and crippled yourself with debt to get one anyway.

Don't expect any sympathy from anyone here, you should have got a Mac and bought a MorphOS licence or just downloaded AROS and used your existing PC.

If I understand correctly, you bought an X1000 and are unhappy with it?  I think the old saying "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar" applies here.  Try approaching the situation in more positive manner and maybe you'll have a more desired response?
