A500 Base Board driver

I recently dusted off my A500 and forgot it had a Base Board ram expansion. I can't seem to find any discs for the expansion. Does anyone know where I might find the disc?? I believe its needed to activate the ram.

I had this board in my A500. Worked fine except on a couple of games (maybe Unreal and Shadow of the Beast?). I later sold it and got a Supra board that attached to the bus on the left side of the 500, the troublesome games worked then.
