I'm not aware of any specific A500 sidecar expansions that make use of the faster SCSI-2 or SCSI-3 commands or bus.  However if you are, please enlighten us!

those i could find just peeking quick into BBOAHW...

+ in theory.. any SCSI-2 controller small enough to fit inside any sidecar and compatible with zorro II should work just fine.... i hope...

and hopefully any ide controller should work as well.
