Unless the original developers specifically require you to do so by choosing an adequate license, not at all.

True, which is why we can believe in moral behavior, but enforce only legal issues.
Anyone that believes morality can be forcibly applied is either a religious zealot or a nut job.
Again we appear to be victimized by another "lowest minimum standards" situation.
