any update to the present possible on OS 3.9?

Hello everyone!  I write to know if OS 3.9 have on the future  any  update of exec.library or BB, personally single like me although was in wb this new year (is pretty see 1985-2004) is not bad idea, right?  x)

I don't think. that we'll see any 3.9 updates. OS4 is the natural evolution of amiga os classic. Anyway i read about someone who was preparing a unofficial update for 3.9. But i don't rememberany more..... i think i read it on amigaworld.net or here on ao.
