Just wanted to pass along this recommendation. Found these 4MB 30-pin 60ns SIMMs on ebay for $5.50 each with free shipping, new & with lifetime warranty. They arrived quickly and work great, passing all the memory tests I threw at 'em. Two chips, $11, and I've maxed out the memory on my controller. I love cheap little upgrades like this, just don't tell the seller they work in an Amiga or he'll double his price.
