Mac OS 8.6 TCP/IP settings (mac virgin type question)
« on: February 04, 2004, 09:17:58 AM »
Ok, Mac sux, have I said that before?

I also apologize to Bill Gates for ever assuming that Mac was better than windows in the OS 9 and back days.

 Anyhow... :o)

I am on dial up, but I also need to network to my XBOX from time to time to transfer Divx files and what not to it. Only thing is that in the TCP/IP settings you seem to be only to choose either PPP or Ethernet one at a time, not both at once, is there a way around this so that I do not have to keep changing the settings to switch between the two?

Also anyone got a spare iMac VooDoo card, or ATI Rage Memory they wanna sell for CHEAP, or just give to me out of kindness. :)
Earth has a lot of things other folks might want... like the whole planet. And maybe these folks would like a few changes made, like more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and room for their way of life. - William S. Burroughs

Have you also asked on Apples forums?
(It's just there's more Mac people there, not a flame I'm on my Mac typing this)
