avi4hv follow up question

ok appears i got the video coding right ..but with using avi4hv i get the message audio must be a uncompressed 8 bit wav ..but i did the encoding exactley as the instructions said in cool edit pro ..saved as 8 bit stereo pcm windows type wav file ..what am i doing wrong  ..im determined to work it out..
A500 3.1/8meg/2gigscsi ...wants a 040
CD32/SX1/FMV/FLASHDRIVE/  wants sx32pro
A1200  os3.5 030/50/fpu/mmu/2flashdrives/cd/   indivision coming ..............wants a ppc/060  ACCEL :laughing:

There are compressed wavs, and uncompressed "pcm" wavs.
You need to save as: "PCM Unsigned 8-bit Stereo"
