any news paul1981 ?
I get the exact same result as you with SysSpeed....
All the results appear except for RawRead where I get a "----" instead of the result.
One possible explanation is that SysSpeed may be assuming scsi.device for CF0:, which is wrong because CF cards use compactflash.device. That's just a guess though, and I'd be suprised if it's true. If you have a fresh installation with no fragmentation, then the ReadFile result will be pretty close to the RawRead. ReadFile on mine is 2.37 MB/s on CF0:.
With SysInfo I get 3,276,800 bytes/s raw read on CF0:.
Do you have RSCP? That can also test Raw Read speed, and it has a reputation for being accurate:
http://aminet.net/package/util/moni/RSCPWith RSCP, I get 2426 K/s raw read on CF0:. Bear in mind though you'll have to change "scsi.device" to "compactflash.device" on the main screen for it to work on CF cards.
