Buncha nifty new swag going up on eBay again
« on: February 03, 2004, 11:25:33 AM »
Here is what will go active today at 7PM PST. Have a look and see if there is anything that tickles your fancy.

CD32 Unit, Complete, New, includes 25+ Games.
A nice new (no foolin I've opened it to test it and then put it all back in the box) CD32 system with over 25 CDROM titles (most of them shrink wrapped and new) will be posted later today by me.  Box is in really nice condition too. (I found this unit inside of what I thought was just a case of 120 Chaos Engines.)

Amiga 2024 HighRes Greyscale Monitor
It's new, has some box scuffing from storage, has been tested and works like a charm. You'll like it!

Commodore BridgeBoard 386-SX25complete set
Includes original shrink wrapped manuals and all disks, CDROM, floppy drive, Bridge Board with a 386SX 25MHz processor all in an original package that is in grotesque looking condition (piles of old dried out tape). It works like a charm though!

Commodore BridgeBoard 486-25
Impossible you say? Not so, I have one here and it works great! Cyrix 486SRx25/50 cpu installed with heatsink removed (but included, you supply your own heatsink adhesive) so you can see that it is in fact a 486-25 BridgeBoard (A2386SX board with what was at the time the fastest CPU you could install in any CBM Bridgeboard might still be). You'll have to get your own Janus and other disks, I can't find the damn things, or I can provide images of all them on a single CDROM if you'd like.

Emplant Deluxe
It's new, it's been tested, it works. Includes original manual and disk(s). Ohh, install both this and the BridgeBoard and you'll be the only kid on the block with 3 different computers inside one box. ;)

AmiNET by Hydra Systems
Network card (Zorro II) for your Amiga 2X00/3000/4000, works like a champ, tested and true (and it too is new). Includes original manual and disk.

And some other goodies, I'll see what I have time to get photographed and posted... probably another 5 3400 68030-25 A3000/A4000 accelerator cards, maybe some other obscure stuff as well.

Hope everyone had good holidays and a happy new year. CatHerder is back for another run on eBay (time permitting).

If I have military spec stuff listed on eBay, you can find it here  :-)

I wonder if I could get AROS x86 to boot on that?

I forgot to mention that I'll also be listing some software such as Brilliance 2.0 (newest release), I recall somebody here was looking for one of these but I got busy with Christmas and work and promptly forgot about it.  :-o

Well... good news bad news.

Bad news: The bloody NEW CD32 decided that it no longer will spin up (I've ordered a few replacement CD drives for the 3 units I have here that don't spin guess I'll wait and see). I won't be listing this on eBay right now. :(

Good news: I listed another NOS A4000/040-25 that I decided to get set up today. The reserve on it is $400 which I think is reasonable considering the condition of the machine and the fact that it's never been used before by anyone other than myself while testing and setting it up. The only "downside" to this unit is that it uses a replacement "like new" A2000 keyboard as I no longer have any original 4000 keyboards (besides, the 2000 kb's are more durable anyway).

Listing stuff right now as I type this - I got busy with work yesterday and didn't get around to it.
