Indivision ECS with RTG
« on: May 28, 2013, 01:03:42 PM »
A quick question.
Can the output of an Indivision ECS be fed back into an RTG video card the same way a standard signal can for display on one monitor?
Or will the frequency changes and other difference mess this up?

Also, for an ECS machine, what are the best RTG solutions?

If the RTG card has a plain passthru so no problems, like PicassoII that has just a switcher on the chain. I have such a setup in my A500 tower, with an Eyetech scandoubler doubling the Amiga signal and going thru PicassoII+.

Cool! I've been looking to find a Picasso II+, since it looks like a good choice for the A2000. I thought about a 1200 or 4000, but AGA isn't that important to me. I can get a decent cpu card for the A2000 and with RTG I can get high res graphics with more colors. That's enough for me.
