Yes, I have, and it is a simple to use product similar to Apple's HyperCard stack; as I recall, AmigaVision was more versatile.  CanDo was another similar product.

I used it many years ago. It was a handy tool to put together a presentation.

Is the Amiga the only platform for it?
Did it have a graphical side to it? (flow chart symbols)
