I thought i would post this here - not due to shameless self promotion - but i think this will probably be of genuine interest.
Sifting through my old amiga stuff recently I found this tape containing a track made with two amigas (a500 & a1200). One amiga was playing the tune through octamed and the other acting as an effects processor (cant remember which sampler AMAS ? ). There were two other devices in the mix and some funky hand soldered wiring. 1 ) an old TV and 2) an old phillips "Cubic Compo D8254" ghetto blaster.
I think I recorded the track on a very nice aiwa seperates tape deck - cant find the model.
The interesting thing about this track are the feedback effects - sound very similar to the Q-sound effects that became quite fashionable in the late 90s (usually requireing expensive hardware).
I discovered that the output from the amiga's L+R phono was out of phase
with that from the TV output (possibly by as much as 180 degrees).
when I coupled this with the sampler on the a500 acting as an effects processor and using the spatial controller on the phillips unit i was able
to control the positioning of the sound. The effect best experience with speakers about a meter apart. I also fed the sound back into a loop to create
some dub style feedback effects. No external synths were used.
Sadly i no-longer have the med files

Anyway without any further ado heres the track for anyone who is interested!
Tape is old and crackly
https://soundcloud.com/polyp/two-amigasI did some more takes some where i really pushed the envelope on the effects but where there was more feedback. Sound is a bit noisy - but please remember this was made in the days where hard disk recording was a pipe dream for many and VST's and Softsynths were unheard of.
I would be interested to hear what people think and if anyone can clarify the phase hypothsis. Or if anyone else ran some wacky setups with there amiga's in a music setting.
enjoy.
