@ mfilos I really enjoyed your video! Do you have details on how you get iBrowse to load webpages so quickly? Very nice A600 my friend! I am going to check out more of your videos. Thx!

I haven't done anything particular tbh.
I used Rebel's theme for IBrowse, and I converted any picture from Toolbar, status bar along with the main IBrowse html page (with the logo) to 8 colors using ImageStudio.
That trick helped a bit the loading times for IBrowse itself.

For websites, I dunno if it loads faster than other setups but I guess it doesn't.
My CPU is 030@36MHz (overclocked a bit the ACA630) and I'm using MANY new modules built into the custom ROM that I guess they can improve performance as well.
CF with new scsi.device is reaching 2.5MB/s so I guess that helps also.

I just yesterday got my web components reinstalled and working and back on the web with my A1200 (the one in my sig) and totally forgot that USB ethernet is way slower than the PCMCIA slot! LOL It works and is fun but not practical. Are you using a PCMCIA ethernet card? I',m still having lots of trouble with wireless PCMCIA on another A1200...  It's all good and fun though! :)

I'm using a NetGear WiFi PCMCIA NIC with latest firmware and WPA2 authentication.
It's working really awesome and fast and never had an issue in my A600 using MiamiDx.

I only tried USB to Ethernet on my A4000 mounted on Deneb so it was rather speedy. I don't remember if I used it on the Subway ever, but I might try just for means of testing :)

Hi again mfilos, I just got the Netgear MA401 Wireless card (new & shrinkwrapped in the box) and I flashed the firmware. I did get an IP address from my WPA2 router here at work but I didn't bother authenticating because the old WinXP driver didn't give me an option to authenticate. So, I assumed it flashed correctly (and the flash went successfully). I just recently bought an A1200 (which is at home - unlike the A1200 in my sig which is here at work) for a friend and trying to get it going for him with OS3.5. Would it be alright if I PM you later this week for some info on getting it going? Thanks very much for your replys! :laugh1:

Thanks very much! BTW, the A1200 I recently bought (for my friend) was from Anastasia in Italy! It's in superb condition and was her own personal Miggy! It has a rev 1B motherboard so absolutely no timing issues with Jen's ACA1232/33Mhz accelerator. I also put in a IndiAGA/MKII and got a AmigaKit easy CF Card transfer card for him. Besides wireless being the only option for him, the case is in mint condition and that's another reason I don't want to hack it up with USB.
