How to set up AmiFTP?

Hi all i have just installed AmiFTP and would like to use it with my windows 7 pc so i can transfer files. I have FileZilla installed on my pc and have created a user account added a shared folder and would like to use that account with AmiFTP can any one help me with this?
A1200T: M1230XA 50Mhz 68030 w/64mb,DVDRom, 80gb hdd, Realtek LAN Card, Mediator LT4 + Radeon 9250 128mb(used for fast ram), Spider USB Card, Voodoo 3 3000 OS 3.9 +bb 1-3

Sorry,
I use AmiTradeCenter on my Amiga to do that...
Can't remember why I didn't use AmiFTP..  Might have been the license key???

As for Filezilla FTP server, make sure you test it so you know it's an Amiga issue.
First, make sure you can FTP from your Windows 7 machine.
(Command prompt - ftp 127.0.0.1, etc...)

Then, if you have another network machine, use that.
I seem to remember, running Filezilla Server under XP, there was some Windows firewall stuff I needed to do.
