Amiga 2000 Floppy Riser
« on: March 03, 2013, 01:21:07 AM »
Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can pick up 4 risers so I can mount a second floppy drive into an Amiga 2000?

Wouldn't some washers and oversize nuts do the trick?
Too many A500s
2x A1200 (3.1 DKB Cobra inc. Ferret)
A2000 HD

PC motherboard standoffs work great.

Screw them right into the drive, then attach them to the plate with screws.

Thank you. I order some off of e-bay. M3 style it said. I'll let you know how they work out.

They do come in different heights, but I can't tell you right now what height you need.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't the shortest ones.  There is a good chance they will work though.
